Biography
Kara has over 30 years of experience within the beauty and complementary therapy industry.
An experienced lecturer of 25 years, Kara was instrumental in promoting and developing the delivery of Holistic Therapies whilst at Newark college with a particular passion for reflexology; incorporating advanced techniques into her practice and teaching
She has built up a wealth of knowledge and experience during her teaching within the Lincoln College Group.
Qualifications include Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Stone Massage, Indian Head and Neck massage, lymph drainage and sports massage techniques.
Outside of College, Kara maintains a small private client base and maintains regular CPD to ensure her knowledge is kept up to date and is current.
